An American in Chongwon

Convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and painless. The room was clean and comfortable, and nearly every amenity that could have been forgotten was provided for.

Our Kia Sportage was too big to fit in the free parking (underground) so we paid a small fee to park overnight at an adjacent lot. Overall a minor inconvenience.

Nice hotel in a perfect location

The staff was so friendly and accommodating for me and my 4 kids. It's not easy to travel with children, but they made it easier!

I'm from the United States, so Korean mattresses are always a little hard for me. I also could have used bigger blankets, the ones we had were barely the size of the top of the bed.

good hotel to stay.

Good bed. Interesting fun sutff was the putting exercise board in the room. You could play the putting game alone!!! Breakfast is very light meal like toast with cheese and milk. The reception desk was very kind.

Conveniently located. Available parking.

Constant noise. Staff cleaning rooms and slamming doors late at night and early morning. Room smelled of tobacco smoke.

Deluxe Dive - Save Your Money!!

Two computers in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Room highly overpriced and advertised as deluxe - it was a dive compared to luxury hotels. Extremely difficult to find. Parking was by car elevator and our car wouldn't fit - we had to forfeit our keys to teenagers who were going to park our car. After we checked in - through a window in a wall where a female teenager took our money - we used Google Translate to get our keys back in our possession. Our "suite" was a tiny, windowless (actually boarded- up window) room stuffed with a large massage chair and various other furniture items, with a "walk-in" shower that was actually a small jacuzzi tub with a hand-held shower head. We only received one large towel and 2 small hand towels for 2 adults. This "suite" (and we paid the price for a suite) was advertised as non-smoking but on the "dining" (card?) table was an ashtray with a lighter and the curtain smelled of tobacco smoke. Breakfast was one kind of sweet cereal with packaged moon pies, box milk, and tiny tangerines. Truly a "deluxe" DIVE!
